Woodridge Stingrays

Our first practice will be 5/12/26.  Practices are Tuesday-Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings. 

Practice times are subject to change dependent on the number of swimmers registered in each age group. 

Time slots are as follows:

Tuesday-Friday:

• Ages 5/6 - 5:30-6:00 pm
• Ages 7/8 - 6:00 -6:30 pm
• Ages 9/10 - 6:30-7:15 pm
• Ages 11+ - 7:15-8:00 pm

Saturday:

• Ages 5/6 - 9:00-9:30 am
• Ages 7/8 - 9:30-10:00 am
• Ages 9/10 - 10:00am - 10:45 am
• Ages 11+ - 10:45 - 11:30 am

We practice Tuesday through Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings.

No practice will be held on Mondays. 

As the season continues, times may adjust to meet the needs of each age group.
