One more email tonight that I need our parents/adults to read. 

We have our end of year party set on the schedule for 6/25 in the evening, 6pm until we're done!  The pool will be open with no lane lines, so all are welcome to swim during the party.

We will be giving out end of year awards and ribbons to the swimmers and celebrating everyone who makes our team great!

We will need 4-5 volunteers to plan the party itself; we will give you a budget for purchasing food items and if we have parents who want to bring something home made (yum!) those items are gladly accepted.

I am not doing a sign up genius for this, so please email me directly so I can create a distribution list for EOY party.
