Good morning everyone!  Our first meet is Monday - didn't that happen fast??

Our swimmers have progressed so much in just a short time, so we're very excited to see how we can do on Monday.

Read the whole email, there are TWO important topics in it, and more to come.

First IMPORTANT thing!! You must declare your swimmer NOT attending if you will NOT be at the meet.  We all have things that come up in the summer (birthdays, weddings, getting sick (sad face)) so we know not everyone will be at every meet.  Here's how you do it.

You have to click EDIT to choose if your swimmer WILL NOT be there. 

In the above image, my children are UNDECLARED which in this program's mind means you are there (shrug, I didn't program it!).

In this image below, one of my sons will be there and the other will not:

No matter what your declaration is for the meet, you MUST hit save at the bottom or nothing changes.  If you have questions, check in with one of the board members before TOMORROW so we can do entries.  Heather, David, Doug and Taylor are usually at the pool for some part of practice every day for help and questions.

***You can declare for all meets at once if you know your summer schedule and if something changes (i.e. sick kid, etc), you can change your declaration at any time before we lock down the meet which is usually 2 days before the meet.  Emergency changes need to be communicated ASAP as if your swimmer is in a relay, we will have to replace them.

Second important thing in this email - Volunteers!  Every meet we will need volunteers and as we know that everyone will not be at every meet, Doug created this wonderful sign up genius so we can get all the spaces that we need filled.

You have multiple meets to chose from but you must volunteer for one role in a meet at minimum.  Our home meet will need the most volunteers, so you can double dip for sure!  See the link below to sign up via sign up genius!
