Hello Stingray families!!

We are FAST approaching our first meet of the season!  Our swimmers have been working hard and we are all excited to get our first WIN under our belt!

What we need from our parents is to let us know via Swimtopia if your swimmer is going to attend the meet or not.  As a default, we put all swimmers IN the meet. 
If your family is NOT attending, you must go into the calendar of events section and find each meet to declare your swimmer's status.  I currently have all four of our regular meets open for declaration, so please go into each one and let us know your swimmer's availability.

This is very important because your swimmer will be in both individual events and team relays - if there is one person missing on a relay, the whole event is DQ for us!  

Please find any of the board members tonight for assistance if you need it!  Heather and Laurie will be there early, Andrea, Katie and Briana are usually there for the later practices as well.
